Cancellation Policy: By booking On Spot Mobile Notary service you agree to the entire policy set forth as follows. For any cancellations please call at least 2 hours in advance. All customers must provide an exact address for all service appointments. All deposits are non-refundable. You may be charged an additional fee if your appointment goes beyond the 45 minute service time for any reason.
The appointment is 40 minutes maximum and starts when our service representative arrives at the meeting location. If you or anyone in your party does not show up or you do not wish to proceed after our representative arrives, you may be charged a wait fee. The wait fee is $45 minimum.
